Parents need to apply now for 30 hours free childcare for next term

We strongly encourage parents to apply by 30 November to get their code in good time for next term. They can find out more and apply at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

If they're already using 30 hours, they’ll need to confirm that their details are up to date every 3 months to continue accessing a place. They can do this through their childcare account: www.gov.uk/childcareaccount

You can find more information and resources – including FAQs, posters, handouts and email content – to support you in communicating with your parents on the provider page of the Childcare Choices website: www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/providers

Tax-Free Childcare opens to children under 6

Tax-Free Childcare launched in April this year and thousands of childcare providers and parents across the country are already signed up. From 24 November 2017, parents whose youngest child is under 6 or who has their 6th birthday on that day can apply online through the childcare service. Tax-Free Childcare means parents get £2 for every £8 they pay in to their childcare account. Find out more about Tax-Free Childcare in the attached FAQ.

You can sign up now to receive Tax-Free Childcare payments from parents, at: www.gov.uk/childcare-provider-tax-free-scheme

If you’ve already signed up you don’t need to take any action.

We provide all day care for children from the age of 2 years right through to school age.

At St Mark's Church Preschool our teaching staff are our strength. We have extremely well qualified teachers who have many years of experience and we provide a high teacher to child ratio. Every child is different, every child is special and so we take time to develop unique learning plans for each child to ensure that we fully cultivate each child`s individual personality, developing their full potential.
